Plans & pricing

Every plan uses the same core release engine: signed and verified delivery, staged rollout with automatic halt, recovery within the supported adapter boundary, per-device cryptographic identity, and fleet enrollment and visibility. Plans differ by fleet size, deployment location, support and optional compliance scope.

The public pricing calculator is the source for current estimates.

Starter is capped at 50 devices. Linux Production is EUR 72 per device per year from 51 through 150 devices. This is EUR 6.00 per device per month, billed annually: 51 devices cost EUR 3,672/year, 100 cost EUR 7,200/year, and 150 cost EUR 10,800/year.

The public calculator automatically applies the free, non-critical Evaluation plan from one through five devices. At six devices it moves to the EUR 3,600 Starter minimum, which remains flat through 50 devices.

Above 150 devices, the first 150 remain EUR 10,800/year. Devices 151 to 1,000 add EUR 15 per device per year, and devices 1,001 to 10,000 add EUR 7.20 per device per year. The effective price per device does not increase as a fleet grows from 51 through 10,000 devices.

The calculator can display the annual total or its monthly equivalent. Monthly figures are the annual amount divided by 12 and do not represent monthly billing or a month-to-month contract. The displayed per-device/month figure covers the Linux subscription only, excluding Compliance & Evidence and pilot credits.

For example, 2,500 devices cost EUR 34,350/year: EUR 10,800 for the first 150, EUR 12,750 for devices 151 to 1,000, and EUR 10,800 for devices 1,001 to 2,500.

Scopes that require a quote

The calculator does not produce a self-serve amount for:

  • on-premise or fully air-gapped deployments;
  • fleets above 10,000 devices;
  • microcontroller fleets; or
  • more than five Compliance & Evidence product families.

MCU scope depends on the target hardware, connectivity, payload size and provisioning model. Air-gapped scope includes the offline trust and key ceremony work, not only a gateway binary.

Compliance & Evidence

Compliance & Evidence is optional and costs EUR 15,000 per product family, per year. It can be added to any plan, but is not included automatically in the Evaluation, Starter, or Linux Production base price. Meshanics activates the agreed product-family quantity for your tenant after the contract is confirmed. The module includes:

  • automatic SBOM generation for signed container artifacts, with attached SBOMs supported for other artifact types;
  • visibility into which devices run artifacts affected by disclosed vulnerabilities;
  • evidence exports mapped to CRA Article 14, with deadlines tracked; and
  • a detailed record of every deployment: what shipped, when, to which devices, and what happened.

See SBOM & vulnerabilities, Incident reporting, and Evidence & reports for the operational boundaries behind those lines.

Design Partner pilot

The Design Partner pilot is EUR 6,700 one-time for 2 to 3 months, up to 25 pilot devices, one agreed product family, and success criteria set together. If the pilot converts, the fee is credited against the first annual invoice, never below zero. The full annual price applies from year two.

Billing and invoices

Billing is annual and sales-led. Meshanics issues invoices for agreed scopes; there is no automatic card charge. Tenant administrators can maintain their billing details and download issued invoices under Settings > Billing.

The staff draft helper can pre-fill the published Linux cloud price from active device count and a contracted Compliance & Evidence line from the activated product-family quantity. Support, pilot credits, MCU, on-premise and air-gap scope remain explicit invoice lines because device count alone cannot determine them.

Optional modules are enforced separately from user roles. A tenant administrator can request a module change under Settings - Contract scope, while only Meshanics platform administrators can activate the agreed module for a tenant.
